At the close of an inspection by a Board of Health, there is the anticipation of getting back to work. Then the list of observations is shared and another wave of work hits…. Responding to the observations.  This additional round of unplanned work requires focus from an already exhausted and stressed team.  No matter the level of exhaustion, it is our duty to respond in a timely, effective manner.
